Elizabeth Andrea Bitsie Tulloch was born in 1981. The actress is famous for the character of Eve/Juliette Silverton as seen in The NBC program Grimm. The grandparents of Tulloch's paternal father hail of Renfrewshire in Scotland and her grandparents were from the area close to Kirkwall. In 2014, Hemmens was selected as a lead on The Oprah Winfrey Network prime time soap show If Loving You Is Wrong created produced and written by Tyler Perry. She was also a guest on an CW remake of WB's Roswell.
